Fishing Trip (August 22)

We chartered the New Bluefin from Captain Hook's Sportfishing in Oxnard. We all had a great time, and everybody caught some fish.  Special thanks to our Assistant Scoutmaster and to all the parents who assisted our boys.

Court of Honor (August 13)

Our scouts have worked very hard since our last Court of Honor. Congratulations to our scouts for their advancements and earned merit badges.

Community Service Project (July 28)

Our scouts worked hard in cleaning out the garden boxes at Tierra Linda Elementary School.  The elementary school students, teachers and administrators all appreciate our effeorts as they enjoy the fresh vegetables that the garden provides.

Camp Maluhia (June 30 - July 7)

Our scouts had a great time in Maui this summer.  Our boys went scuba diving, earned lots of merit badges, and made many new friends. We all had a wonderful 4th of July on the island as we picnicked along the shoreline, saw sea turtles and lit fireworks.

Many thanks to our wonderful Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmasters who made sure that the boys had a great time, ensured in our boys' safety, and helped them with their merit badges. Lastly, thanks to all the parents who provided transportation around the island.

5 Mile Hike (March 24)

It was a beautiful sunny day to go hiking in the Santa Monica mountains. We hiked at the Rancho Sierra Vista/Satwiwa National Park. We hiked to the waterfall, explored and rested. Along the trail we identified poison oak.

The day ended with a lot of excitement as we came across a rattlesnake!

Pat's Eagle Scout Project (March 17)

A huge thanks to everybody who came to Camarillo Community Church to help Pat with his Eagle Scout project. Many people stayed the entire day painting, digging trenches and laying pipes. The scouts worked hard in making the church more beautiful.

A special thanks to Camarillo Community Church in allowing us to improve their church.

Kevin's Eagle Scout Project (February 17)

Many thanks to all the scouts and parents who came out to support Kevin's Eagle Scout project. It was a very heartwarming effort for our scouts to make breakfast for people in need.  They worked very hard and did an outstanding job.

A special thanks to Catholic Charities (Ventura) who allowed us to be part of their effort.

Eagle Court of Honor (Oct 22)

Ryan earned his Eagle Scout rank!!

Congratulations to Ryan and to his parents for his prestigious achievement.
